I may have missed it but is there a outcome on Bergdahl for his actions while he was a "captive"?

Was any reason given for the delay? Except the obvious one.

No, it's the obvious one. After Obama is out of office he'll be convicted of deserting.

5 terrorists for 1 deserter. We got the short end of that stick.

With this 'ulta pulta' / upside down Administration where lawlessness is celebrated.

Bergdahl is just another example.

Good thing I am not sitting on his trial. I would have indicted him on desertion in the face of the enemy during time of conflict.

Carries the death penalty.

First a trial and then punishment.

"On April 2, 2015, Army officials announced initial hearings in Bergdahl's case would be set for July 8, 2015, at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, but was later postponed until September 17, 2015.[106] His Article 32 hearing, similar to a Grand Jury hearing in civilian court, will review evidence to determine whether to try him in a court-martial.
