Because going to the doctor means calling and scheduling a visit and/or waiting for the office to open. But going to the ER gets you seen now. When it's all "free" for the patient, people don't worry about cost. Medicaid patients use the ER more than any other group, insured or uninsured.
My mind doesn't function like that but makes sense.

As for falling for "his lies", I see you haven't read many posts of mine. If you have, you certainly wouldn't be labeling me in such a way but let me summarize for you my view. I trust NO politician. I do not play "teams" because in my view, they are largely just 2 sides of the same coin. Money rules. People's needs come last and when they appear to be addressed, it's incidental. I'm leaning towards voting for a dog(write in candidate) in the upcoming elections. Or the tree in my backyard. A shovel full of dirt would be an improvement in my view as it doesn't continuously spin lies and serve money.
You speak, or should I say write, from both sides of your mouth. You don't want the mandate but then complain that their will 30 million uninsured (really 26 million) which brings the uninsured rate down to 7%.

Mitt Romney offered and implemented an alternative in his state.... I wonder why Republicans haven't adopted a Romney style approach.....
Maybe the Republicans figured out that Romney care did not work all that well, yet Obama and the Democrats still tried to base their system on Romney care. IF i was a democrat or liberal I would stop bringing up Romney's plan, it makes Obama and his cohorts look pretty sad when they take a failed policy, use it after it is already having issues, and then blame the person that actually came up with the failed policy. At least Romney and Massachusetts came up with a plan that they hoped would work, if Obama thought it would still work after the problems it had already displayed, than what does that say about him?

They've already revised this downward by about half.
Try and keep up.
