I want to know when Al Gore will be tried for "climate change lies"? His blatant hypocrisy and conflict of interest in promoting climate change hysteria while profiting off a bogus "carbon trading" company was pretty sad and pathetic. Fraud at the very least.

I really have to laugh at how the left paints this! As if it's some battle between the selfless scientists and their liberal cheerleaders tirelessly fighting to save the planet versus the evil greedy conservatives and the big bad oil companies.

Give me a break!

If you think the AGW scientists and the lefty politicians can't be influenced by politics, funding and power, you are either ridiculously naive or hopelessly partisan.
If you are going to make a follow the money claim then it doesn't help when there's trillions of dollars behind companies like Exxon, BP, etc.

Of course, scientists are human beings. However, there's a lot more money on the industries that prefer the status quo of pollution.

To add, we would be spending billions to research our climate and planet regardless.

Are they the ones promoting climate change?

Climate change cannot be "promoted" any more than evolution can.

Evolution can be easily promoted. Just get Republicans to stop breeding.

Nope, they're the ones promoting the status quo (aka subsidizing pollution).
