That actually doesn't matter. Don't be like the local radio dj complaining that the mu prez was rich and white and male as if reading off a list of crimes. Guy has a beef then so be it regardless of family $$$

Except part of his beef is that society is rigged, and that a black man can't succeed in such an oppressive climate.
There simply aren't enough well qualified black professors to go around. Blacks who are well regarded in their fields by the normal criteria and therefore competitive candidates for university teaching positions, are highly sought after. Efforts to get more of them hired at any particular school only diminish the number availible for other schools. The only way to really raise the percentage of black professors at universities in general is to hire less qualified people simply because they are black.

They can't hack it in the real world, and would be in poverty without PC, delusional academia and naïve/gullible college students to try and brainwash. These SJWs are so bored with their pathetic lives that they go out of their way to look for reasons to be triggered, offended, outraged, etc. And when their garbage world views are called out by logical people, they resort to nonsense like in the video to try and shut people up because they're too stupid to actually defend their idiotic views.
Keep fighting the good fight SJWs, and feeling unnecessary guilt for being white. The rest of us are laughing at you.
