No. I read it in Obama's book. In 1982, there were no legal documents listing Obama Sr as Obama's father. Then, in 2007, Sr's name shows up on Obama's BC.

Actually Obama's dad should have been charged with bigamy bigamy since he never divorced with first wife before marrying Obama's mother. Hawaii decided not to prosecute. No word on whether Obama's father was paying child support while he was an extended student until his thirties.

Yes. I read it in Obama's book, Dreams From my Father. In 1982, when Sr died, Obama couldn't prove Sr was his father. He had no legal documents naming Sr as his father. Then, Sr shows up on a COLB issued in 2007, 25 years later, named as Obama's father.

Why didn't Obama's mother sign the live birth certificate? She was 18 years old ( barely) but still legal for her to sign vs her parents.
