While you state that Sikhs are an Eastern religion, they do have a long history in Pakistan. Where have I heard about Pakistan again? Oh yea, the CA shooter was from there.
And he was a Muslim. Are your neurons on vacation today? Sikhs and Hindus are currently being oppressed in Pakistan by Islamic extremists, and this is the nugget you come up with? Slamming your own ideological allies? The only logical explanation for your nonsensical post is that you are a Muslim extremist trying to confuse people. It's not the place of origin that's relevant here - it's their religion.
As for OBL, he and his turban look nothing like Sikhs. Are you blind? Shave off the beard and OBL was as light-skinned as an Italian. If you can't tell the difference between a Sikh turban and an Afghan turban, that says more about your lack of awareness than about the Sikhs.
Hindus and Sikhs have far more experience and knowledge about the threat posed by Islamic extremism than you can ever fathom. We've endured it for 1400 years. Show some respect.

This is a large public event. Three men who (whether you like it or not) look similar to muslim extremists, are loading a bag into a trunk at this large public event.
Muslim extremists look more like white people than like Indians/Sikhs. How many times do you want me to repeat this point?
I think the next time I see a white guy putting something in his trunk, I'll call the police and just say he looked Muslim to me.

Actually, that sounds about right. Syrians, Chechens, Turks and many North Africans are whiter than southern Europeans, and sometimes as white as those of Northern European descent. Your attempt at sarcasm aside, what you said is actually more accurate and probably will be more effective than profiling DARK-skinned people who turn out to be Sikh or Hindu.
Skin colour aside, there are also differences in facial characteristics, mannerisms, accents and clothing styles between those from the Arab/Islamic world and those from India. You would have to be blind to not know these differences. Educate yourself.
They have a baseline level of religious extremism, just like Christianity and Judaism. That's par for the course for any religion. Nobody is out there profiling Christians and Jews, right? The point is that there is only ONE religion in the entire world that has a global, massive war-like agenda, and it's always the wrong people who end up being profiled instead.
Although I understand and agree with the meaning of your post, "dumb good ole boys" is what Yankees usually call southern folks. This occurred in Cali which has NEVER been called southern. And ... Yankees are equally guilty of racial idiocy.
