Why would he do that? He is an American citizen, born in Hawaii, graduated from a high school there, also graduated from Columbia in NY, worked in Chicago before applying to Harvard.

How does Indonesia fit in?

You are right, worked in NY then Chicago after Harvard. But did work as an intern in Chicago while at Harvard.

OMG, you demonstrate a nearly complete ignorance of BHO and his past. Educate yourself and then come back. You'll learn that he emigrated to Indonesia and became a Citizen thereof. He is even on record talking about it, and how lovely the "call to prayer" music was.
