Just like American gun owner's ( even LE )...but the grey hair man who complains about it doesn't bother to say..any costs incured would be mitigated once the investigation is completed...Like so many other legal battles ( reckless driving, speeding, drunk driving) BUT killing another?? Why wouldn't their be an investigation?? Civilized Society (not Wild Wild West of the 1800's) required proper rules boundaries and limitations..Risks assumed by purchases..required answers when the purchased item causes DEATH/Injury wether it's a gun or car or even faulty equipment used!!

Also..AKA's are weapons of war..not acceptable at all in Canada..so this anchor even mentioning it is nothing but a ignorant fear monger pundit!!

The last time I ever saw a firearm ( rifle) was decades ago..my BF had license and found out later he always had it behind the seat of his truck ( when we went camping) due to Bear threat...but never ever saw him have a need for it. Point is..no one who has a license for firearm in Canada will ever require legal council unless you use it in defence or OFFENCES....That's the risk explained implicitly when you acquire any firearm...and that includes private investigators right down to hunters.. BTW~~ deaths due to gun violence dwarfs American deaths due to gun related deaths!!!

The only reason this video is relevant ..is because he mentions American Gun ownership threat...It's a crock!! Because he's angry and taping into a political message to get his 10 minutes of fame
We DO have 2nd Amendment rights, so your comment about how Canada rolls doesn't mean squat here in the US.

Too; we have cities like Detroit and Chicago where gun murders are off the charts, take away places like that and the US is quite safe.

The topic needing defending is what again? Oh yeah, Americans who are afraid of their own citizens thinking freedom of access by anybody who desires them to firearms will somehow protect them from the boogymen under their beds. Got it.

Most adults leave their immature toys behind when they get toilet trained. Oh wait.......

Sure; I'll defend that topic with stating Darwin's law is working it's inexorable magic on the American populace with the most co-operative form of population control there has been proven to be in a so-called 1st world nation racing to regress to the good-old days of the 1800's.

The only modern society that would claim pride from a concept of having to arm themselves to force morality and ethics from their own neighbours and fellow citizens.

The rest of us would view that as an abject societal failure.

Home of the Brave, Land of the Free. Hoooorah!
