Are you promoting ISIL? You seem to use them a lot in your posts, saying that they have the same goals as Militias do. Why are you so infatuated by ISIL ?
Spare me, go to one of the endless gun threads on here or wait for the SOU tomorrow and you can complain some more.
I'm not the one who appears to feel threatened by an increase in militias. You do.
The psychology of it is crazy-simple. "If you're trying to disarm the citizens of America, then you're advocating tyranny." It doesn't matter if you actually are advocating tyranny, that's how these folks are going to take it.
I honestly believe that most gun-control advocates have the best interests of the American people at heart. They honestly believe that their cause will make America a better place. The trouble with that: Even if you managed to get enough support to repeal the 2nd Amendment (any real gun-control hinges almost entirely upon doing so) you'd endure about 150 years trying to track down all the guns that are already out there. Genie's out of the bottle and has been for over 200 years now. During your 150 crusade (after repealing the 2nd Amendment by some miracle) there will be a very long time when the elite, the criminals, the corrupt and the isolated militias will be the only ones with guns (other than the police.)
IMHO, the price is simply much too high to go the route of disarming America. And militias are going to get bigger and bigger the stronger government pushes for disarming Americans. Direct cause and effect.
The distrust for government has been growing since I was a kid over 60 years ago when I was 5. nothing has changed tot he positive ever.
The immorality in government has been a infection long in the making and many of the government actions have been questionable through out most wars and conflicts.
The issues of the economy emphasize the continued failure and eventual break down of the republic.
Communism has been successful in systematically altering this once great nation. Greed and corruption wins. poor and rich both are as greedy selfish grasping .
The early days I remember , people were more community ,not by mandate, but because it was the culture of community all on it's own.
When you mandate something,, character changes, and the entitlement mentality is borne .
If you must earn the respect of community, you do what it takes to maintain that respect .
Most of those on welfare, I believe, don't know any thing of this . hence we have a serous problem.

our founding fathers never intended for the government to even have a blm or any other department such as that. plus the fact that government shall only have enough space to have an arsenal or post office. no other buildings allowed within the several states.
wilson was the worst, with fdr and lincoln coming in a close 2nd. obama, carter, and bush the 2nd follow in 3rd place.
I put LBJ at 1 or 2. FDR did a lot promote socialism and grow government and its influence. But most of the worst legislation that defines everything wrong with the government and liberals today was passed during his administration. Clinton was a much more horrible President than given credit for.

wilson was the closest that USA ever came to a dictatorship in the USA, that is why I listed him as 1st.
fdr and lincoln were both listed as 2nd because they both tried to usurp the Constitution for their own purposes.
Try and form an organized well regulated militia today, training in domestic tactical warfare.
The 2nd amendment, clearly says we the people have the right to organize an army of the people, using our own weapons.(the reason the people were suppose to have the weapons and not the government)
Would love to see every neighborhood form a militia! Americans should take the country back from the thieving politicians!
Who said Civil War? Your the only one claiming Civil War as why Militias exist. Those are some possible scenarios where a Militia may become active.

All the ones you see on TV would not last 30 minutes under Government siege, regardless of the show they put on. In a Serious standoff, they would all be killed or Jailed within a few hours, in a conventional conflict. The unknown Groups would mount an Insurgency and unconventional Tactics, which are proven and effective, with very little Technology or Manpower.
