Maybe you should go back and read some YOUR OWN posts.

Change this, "Mr. Frankin, you must register with the government and pay a fee before you print any more of your almanacs" to this, "Mr. Frankin, you must register with the government and pay a fee before you can buy any more guns or get a Concealed Carry License".

What is OK for the 2nd Amendment should be OK for the 1st.

And get this... No where in the 1st amendment does it say, it shall not be infringed.

We ARE talking about it.

If you believe that I suggest you stay AWAY from this thread BECAUSE THAT is what it is ALL about.

Unless you are a hypocrite.
We talk about it all the time. Many threads that go many pages long.

The 10th was gone and the 2nd hobbled, with the 1st being ignored.
Turn the page to 2016
There is no 10th, 9th, 8th, 5th, 4th, 2nd, or 1st amendments. Government says so.

The Civil War taught the federal government, that the 2nd amendment as intended was very dangerous to their power and survival.
Rifles must be regulated. Hand guns must be regulated. Manufacturing must be regulated. Ammunition must be regulated... Shall not be infringed and all that lip flapping.

That's exactly what they are doing. They are going to take them away from you, and use them to protect you with, because they know what they really mean and how to use them better, for your protection, of course. They will tell you which ones apply to you.

It's not the Government's job to decide who's qualified to publish a newspaper.

They can control whom they invite to the press conference, that's about it.

This is a scary proposal and for the sake of the good people of that state I hope it fails.

It's already failed. It has a zero percent chance of passing.

Thumbs up Freedom of the press under attack.

I think S Carolina has just replaced Louisiana as my favorite state for psycho politics.
