I have never understood how a city as large as New York doesn't have easy-to-find public restrooms on the street or even porta potties would be better than nothing. Every little town around where I live have them. It's crazy not to. It was one of the things I hated about visiting NYC!

Toilets = public pay and pensions to maintain.
No way in hades would a union allow something like that to be contracted out so it will never exist.
I actually saw a local hood walking and pissing on the side of my building at the same time. That takes talent and the right equipment I might add. Try walking and pissing, that takes skill.
