If this is some sarcastic remark, then all I can say is that this is just indicative of a hateful attitude. Last I checked, in every school I ever went to, White students were always invited to participate in Black History Month.
I don't believe his comment for a moment GM. It's so amusing at how OBSESSED some whites are with black Americans whenever many of them don't even want to be in the same social circle as us. They sell their homes when they see Black neighbors, they pull their kids out of schools when Black kids begin going, they form their own schools just so they don't HAVE to go to school with Black children, they call the cops on black neighbors for being on their own porch. They often want [absolutely] nothing to do with us. Even the poor White Americans, don't get along w/ poor blacks in many cases, but when we as blacks decide we are going to say "whatever" and do our own thing NOW they have a problem with "self-segregation" when they are the main ones doing it.

All it shows is that Black Americans are the most hated group in America. And to me, this is nothing new. This has been like this from day one. Even Lincoln wanted to send Blacks away from the USA.
