Sure, it sucks paying taxes, but in some ways it's nice that in this overpopulated nation there is a large swath of the population that is content to collect a small government check every month and spend it on booze and cigarettes and to watch daytime television from inside their trailer home or their Section 8 apartment. As long as the working class is able to wall itself off from the underclass, I think they're ok with this arrangement. It also makes it easier to succeeded since there's less competition for jobs.

Not to mention a permanent block of Democrat voters. Also a contingent of "social justice" protestors ready for call-out on a moments notice (on Obamaphones) without fear of losing their jobs.

I think many "tax-payers" know that are some truly needy people in the world. And sometimes the needy have to have a little bit of extra help. It's not like their living some extravagant lifestyle. Quit listening to the extremes from either side, most people don't mind that there are welfare programs and what not.

Help the helpless, but forget the clueless.

51% of all babies born in the US are born under medicaid.
That's a lot of "truly needy people"

I am totally fine with it as long as:
1. They do not produce any more babies.
2. They and their children do not commit any crime.
3. They do not vote.

Yeah, I'm with you on that. Of the 51% born under Medicaid, I'd say about 1-3% are by my definition truly needy. The rest of them? Clueless...and we can Forget the clueless.

Enact my plan to address #1 and #s 2 and 3 will take care of themselves in a generation. When I'm elected supreme ruler, anyone receiving public welfare will submit to sterilization before the first dollar is handed out. And all convicted of a crime with a sentence over 90 days will be subject to the same. Not only will crime plummet, but poverty will be all but eliminated within a generation. They'll still be able to indulge in recreational sex (which is really their goal, check-generating kids are a welcome side effect) so no one is being "hurt" or denied. There's just no by-product of their pursuits.

Criminals breed criminals and leeches breed leeches. Address the problem, not the symptoms.

4. They stay out of my neighborhood and don't compete with me for services.

Sorry, they have to do SOMETHING for the money....don't want to take a job? At least make them clean the streets, help the elderly, mow the elderly's lawns, pick up trash, clean government buildings, clean schools, something.....anything.....just don't give it away.

Obviously, this excludes the ill, mentally challenged (to a point), physically handicapped (to a point), and certain others but, there are MILLIONS that are more than capable of some level of work that simply refuse to do so....

While that's not perfect, you could cut their benefits off entirely if they don't do anything...figure out a task, assign them to it, use the rest of the underworked guvmint staff monitor and supervise.....just don't give it away....promotes the wrong attitudes.
