Can you refute any of the following facts?

"On Feb. 12, the administration announced that the money will be handed out to insurers — a whopping $7.7 billion this year alone.
But it’s not just expensive: That huge handout to the insurance industry is also illegal.

This is money you and everyone else who already has insurance are forced to pay, called a reinsurance fee. You pay the fee whether you buy your own plan or get covered at work, even if your employer self-insures. You may be clueless about it, but the fee is buried in your premium or taken out of your compensation.

The text of the Affordable Care Act is clear as a bell on what this money can be used for.

Some of these annual fees — adding up to billions a year — belong to the public, not the insurance companies. The law states a fixed share “shall be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury of the United States and may not be used” to offset insurance companies’ losses."

You can get back to me later if you want.

What do people getting the subsidy care someone is being force to pay their share. They'll defend Obamacare to the end.

Candidate obama said in 2008, he would never pass healthcare by nuclear option, he would lose the power to lead......and then told us if you elect Hillary Clinton she will pass healthcare by nuclear option.

It's a tax, no its not a tax.....John Roberts name should be listed on the rock, upon which the names of the democrat legislators who passed obamacare are carved.

How many lies went into the foundation of obamacare? Of course it would collapse.
This is what socialsts do... the ends justify the means.

Obamacare is one of the main reasons to get out to vote later this year.

It must be eliminated.

The problem is the GOP will just rename it and then all vote for it. I like ocare as it tuns out to be a job creator and has kept ins. increases to the lowest I have seen in my lifetime. Now if the GOP controlled states would follow the others they would also see the benefits.

Here in NC the GOP has not accepted the expansion and seen Hospitals close, healthcare become harder to find in rural areas and among the highest rate increases due to the uninsured.

The GOP looting peoples pockets directly.

What would their alternative be other than "get rid of it." You can look at states that didn't expand medicaid and small hospitals are closing left and right. Other than Trump, no candidate has proposed any fix that keeps people covered while correcting terrible problems like this one.
