They didn't know who they voted for. I almost tricked one to do the opposite. I was looking harmless and trust worthy.

Exactly. We aren't in their "union" and we trade with many of those countries. They will be fine once they get past the detractors and arsonists that will try to make things hard on them because they didn't get their way.

Given the chaos, Brexit was a natural decision. If you were worried about your bottom line, you should have supported an atmosphere of social moderation that would not have led to Brexit. Instead, liberals supported an atmosphere of bullying and social chaos demonically named "progress". Don't churn the world as fast as possible and expect a result that is continuously in your favor.

But Britain's role in the EU, especially with regard to banking and the financial industry as a whole allowed it to punch above its weight. That ends now. Britain becomes a small yet charming tourist destination and the banking industry likely moves to Paris or Berlin. Layoffs in the thousands are already being discussed.

I think it will be great for UK in the long run after some short term uncertainties. A lower currency will help UK farmers and manufacturers market their goods.
I agree, and obviously so do others. I thought I'd be feasting on the market today, but when I caught myself chasing stocks I realized there is smarter money than I am sharking the waters.

So unless the immigrants had become citizens, no
British, Irish and Commonwealth citizens who live in the UK, along with Britons who have lived abroad for less than 15 years, are eligible to vote.

Commonwealth migrants from 54 states - including *Australia, Canada, India, Pakistan and Nigeria - could join the electoral roll as long are they are residents in the UK.

Commonwealth citizens in Gibraltar are allowed to vote and have gone to the polls in the EU referendum

Not at all. Not at all. Peoples, races, cultures, backgrounds, values and identities are to be recognized and respected, Globally. We are a nation of immigrants not just a nation of privileged white anglos. We will not allow a bunch of low info goobers to close the doors, wall off our borders and black out the windows of America to the rest of the world just so you can protect your historical privileged existence. Just the fact that Trump is for the British Exit tells me it's a totally wrong move. Nationalism, xenophobia and bigotry are never the right course of action.
That's the problem with the Remain campaign. Portrayed those in the Leave camp as racist. There's a good article on wsj about this. Too simple minded.

All because half the country are ignorant, racist retards who can't even spell referendum yet alone understand what it means.
If you didn't insist on the nature of nations being a balance sheet then maybe your ilk would have had their open nation. Instead, you act like crack addicted children who need to push the limits of sense as fast and hard as possible. You fully deserve what you got.

Eventually, you get sick of taking care of people who are unwilling to take care of themselves. What will Germany do? Germany subsidizes Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain even more than the UK. The Germans better hold on to their wallets! They'll have to make up for the lost revenue.

Britain paid in £13bn, but it received £4.5bn worth of spending. Britain’s exit would mean the UK could save roughly $9 billion in annual EU membership dues.
