Sorry he is going to fill out his term. Realistically it is far too early to predict 2020.
Uh, isn't impeachment a trial?

It has NOTHING to do with a prior conviction....please, do some reading. I will help you:

"Impeachment is the process by which a legislative body formally levels charges against a high official of government. Impeachment does not necessarily mean removal from office; it is only a formal statement of charges, akin to an indictment in criminal law"

AND, it does not mean an indictment either...by Mueller or the Justice Department. It is done by Congress and nothing has to be proven.....

"reserved for those deemed to have committed serious abuses of their office"

No one can doubt Trump has committed serious abuses....

If there was ever a POTUS in history who deserved impeachments, it's the Don. It seems we are at a tipping point when most Americans may be coming around.

Since only about 24% of Americans ID as Democratic, you can't blame it on partisan politics either. Good people understand that if Trump gets away with all this BS, then the next and the next POTUSes can do even more....the line must be drawn!

It'll get worse too as all of the revelations of Trump's corruption that are bubbling just under the surface start to come into view. Where will the next bombshell come from. Michael Cohen? Paul Manafort? Allen Weaselberg? David Pecker? Roger Stone? Trump Jr.? And what does Robert Mueller already know? Trump is like the Titanic just before it hit the iceberg.

He can't be convicted if he isn't first indicted. The Justice Dept is of the opinion that a sitting President can't be indicted in criminal court.

Impeachment is the equivalent of indictment. It means to bring charges against the President. Then the Senate holds a trial and votes whether to convict and remove from office. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were both impeached, but neither were convicted.

So your question might actually be, what crime has he committed that he could probably be convicted of IF he were to be impeached? And I agree, paying off Stormy Daniels to be quiet is despicable but probably not a crime. Cheering on the Russians to hack into DNC servers is despicable but probably not a crime.

The payoffs for Stormy Daniels because they don't have to be from campaign funds per FEC laws.

When you said the Washington Post, that was the end of it having any credibility.

Trump has openly and publicly committed obstruction of justice:

-- Fired Comey, Yates, McCabe and Strzok
-- Told Russian diplomats he fired Comey to relieve the pressure of the investigation
-- Admitted to Lester Holt he was going to fire Comey no matter what
-- Threatened Sessions and Rosenstein multiple times
-- Publicly intimidating FBI over how the investigation is being conducted
-- Publicly undermining the FBI and intelligence agencies
-- Asked Sessions to un-recuse himself
-- Dictated a false narrative to Don Jr. about the Trump Tower meeting

Open and shut case for obstruction. He's guilty as sin.

Trump is fully impeachable right here, right now, if Congress was willing to do it.

I love how polls that are unfavorable are regarded on here as fake and polls that show him in a favorable light are the gospel truth.

We really need an emoticon on here that is crying laughing.

Trump is reaching congressional disapproval depths now. But remember, the people keep sending the same bunch back to Congress in spite of the ratings.

The "communist washington post"? You mean the Washington Post that is owned by mega-capitalist Jeff Bezos? That Washington Post? Jesus. No wonder Trump is circling the drain.
