Pathetic for sure, just like every aspect of his public persona. There needs to be an official Trump countdown clock established ...

R: Remaining

Snowflakes double down on their hysteria. They refer to polls which poll "adults" (people over 18) and announce that fivethirtyeight is "amazingly accurate", even though 538 did none of the work and only averaged polls.

They insult, throw temper tantrums, promise retribution and call people names. They ignore the fact that polls showing only "registered voters" are available and show an approval rating of 42.1%, and instead frantically point to polls which show "adults", with an approval of 38.9.
If there were a poll showing approval by 10th graders, liberals would be frantically pointing to that.

Trump has made headway. Not too long ago polls showed his average approval numbers to be around 38%. Hopefully, those days are gone. The tax relief act proved to be very popular and by doing so has illustrated to what extent NeverTrumpers will go to gather voters.

I noticed as Trump's approval ratings tick up my approval of him goes down. Specifically the tax bill made me lose all my enthusiasm.I hate the doubling of the child tax credit, especially for those who pay no income tax to begin. As a far right wing welfare hater I consider this one of the worst things to happen in American history right behind LBJs Great Society programs. I realize that this isn't Trump's fault per say...Marco Rubio snuck it in at the last minute. Still, I disagree with this to such a large degree I have lost the will to vote again and have lost much of my patriotism.

considering the democrats polled have given him single digit approval ratings for his entire year in office, i'd think an average of 44% for all American voters is pretty good.

Another example of setting the bar lower.

I noticed that the Parkland, FL shooter had his own photo on social media with a MAGA Hat before he killed 17 school kids last week. Typical crazy Trump supporter.

Trump received a short bump in polls thanks to the tax bill but soon afterward his nasty tweeting and his stupid replies to the Parkland shooting are causing it to drop once again. If he could only keep his big mouth shut and stay off twitter maybe, just maybe his polls would stay above 40% but we know that will never happen.
