They absolutely have kept wages down for people who do menial work, like me. That is an undisputed fact.

If there is a janitorial position within a mile of me, and it is me and Joe Shmoe the only ones willing to do it, and it is $20/hr for 3 positions, we will get the position.

If it is me, Joe Shmoe and a dozen illegals who want the three jobs, the wages will go down as far as the masters want it to go - to the lowest bidder, if you will - and then those three jobs will be done by three illegals for $12/HR (or even less....$8.50/hr).

This is simple economics.

So by definition my wages have been tremendously depressed by all the illegals/"legals" in my industry.

I'm sorry, but get a clue!
My god, this talking point gets old.

If a person can't handle a $500 emergency, that's on them. They're stupid with money.

Meanwhile, back to the topic at hand, Trump's approval rating. According to Gallup, Trump's approval rating is at 39%. No matter what Trump sycophants say, it's atrocious considering our economy is doing so well, especially if Trump is supposedly caused this fabulous economy. We really ought to be more grateful to him for that According to Gallup, approximately 52% of Americans believe Trump should be impeached and removed from office. These figures mirror Nixon's way back in 1973 just prior to his resignation. His approval rating hovered around 39%, and 52% of Americans thought he should be impeached and removed from office. Gallup was polling back then too.

Liberals definitely have utter contempt for the middle-class. "Let them eat cake" is their motto.

I just gave you and your buddies a simple lesson in economics a few posts up. I - conservatives like me - are the one fighting for the working man, not people like you, who would rather advocate and fight for illegals and non-Americans than your own countrymen, just like the swamp creature politicians you love.

"Polls show Americans have come to support Trump's impeachment much faster than Nixon's or Clinton’s

For the first time, a majority of Americans said this week that they supported the impeachment of President Trump. Not just in one, outlying poll — in an average of all current national polls compiled by the data journalists at FiveThirtyEight.

For Trump this polling milestone comes less than one month after reports first surfaced of a Ukraine whistleblower and roughly three weeks after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the start of a formal impeachment inquiry — meaning that it represents a historical milestone as well.

Trump hasn’t just crossed the 50 percent threshold on impeachment, peaking at 50.3 percent earlier this week. He’s gotten there faster than Richard Nixon — and, for that matter, Bill Clinton, who never got there at all..."

Pipe dreams.

Here is flaming left-winger Matt Taibbi putting lunatic left on blast:

Quote:

Trump, at least insofar as we know, has not used section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to monitor political rivals. He hasn’t deployed human counterintelligence “informants” to follow the likes of Hunter Biden. He hasn’t maneuvered to secure Special Counsel probes of Democrats.

And while Donald Trump conducting foreign policy based on what he sees on Fox and Friends is troubling, it’s not in the same ballpark as CNN, MSNBC, the Washington Post and the New York Times engaging in de facto coverage partnerships with the FBI and CIA to push highly politicized, phony narratives like Russiagate.
