You're not supposed to think in school, only to learn to do as you're told.

Great, I totally agree with presenting and exposing the pseudoscience from the conspiracy blogs and libertarian fossil fuel funded political 'think tanks' you seem to love, to show schoolkids just how dishonest or stupid science deniers are.

Maybe it IS a good idea to show kids examples of evidence-free pseudoscience nonsense versus evidence-based science, and how to tell the difference.

Hmm... do you also reject the Theory of Evolution? Your statement suggests you don't know much about it.

Is that like: forest fires started naturally in the past so humans can't start forest fires? So, no need to investigate arson?

Your approach is far from scientific, or even logical. The earth's climate doesn't change by magic. It requires 'forcings' - eg changes in the earth's orbital cycles leading to more or less insolation in the northern hemisphere, or a buildup or decrease of greenhouse gases through massive volcanic activity or rock weathering for thousands of years, or a huge meteor hitting the earth etc.

Humans have been changing the balance of atmospheric gases in a rather short (geologically speaking)period of time by burning fossil fuels and increasing CO2 by about 40% since the pre-industrial era (as well as other GHGs)

Adding more greenhouse gases in the atmosphere leads to increased warming by increasing downward infrared radiation and delaying the escape of infrared radiation back to space. Less energy going out than coming in- it's basic physics.

More like some people just can't tolerate science that undermines their religious or political beliefs.

So despite the irrrelevance of the existence of non believers, what impact has the governments efforts accomplished to date?

How will the elimination of anti warmers help the planet beyond the current government implemented efforts?

The enemy of the earth now includes people who respect the earth and act in a responsible manner but have not been converted to believe in the failed federal effort to convince people.

Now the situation has become critical, efforts by the feds to sway people's thinking must be accomplished by deprivation and punishment. Starting with school children like all good communist tke overs.
Have you checked for Commies under your bed lately? Or isn't there enough room with your collection of Glenn Beck shock jock radio recordings under there?

Well hey...nothing more valid than letting "kids" decide a life or death topic...and of course, you were completely unbiased in leading the debate.

Cults and totalitarians are fond of banning books.

It makes perfect sense that the AGW cult would begin banning books. I remember when science welcomed further inquiry and investigation. Given that cults rule the day, I guess one should expect more of this. It is like a reversion to the Dark Ages, in which people believed in witchcraft, ghosts, and evil vapors.

"...... it's basic physics".

And what basic physics do you know? What was the most advanced physics class that you took in college?

Physics tells us that CO2 contributes .117% of all atmospheric gases to a "greenhouse effect". 97% of CO2 is not man-made.
