All modern money systems are or contain significant socialism. Has to be.
Capitalism utilizes resources in order to create additional resources.

Capitalism could be a person with a fishing boat allowing another person to use it in exchange for a portion of the fish caught. He may use that fish to trade for lumber and labor to build another fishing boat. The person who owns the boat, the person using it, the person harvesting lumber and the person building boats all benefit.

Absolutely. No more wars except direct self defense.

By what Divine "right" do you claim to even one cent of my money for you to spend for your benefit? By what right do you claim to have any authority to dictate any aspect of my life when I have no relationship to you whatsoever and have never initiated force upon you?

In what moral sense can you make any claim to have a right to use force against me to compel me to do anything at all for your benefit? Do you believe violence, aggression, theft, extortion, or slavery are ever "just"?

This is how our "society" operates. It is a collective, built entirely upon widespread unjust aggression by those of you who think that such things are "moral" against everyone else. Your kind believe that you have a divine right to enslave others to serve your personal interests. Well, it doesn't matter whether you cloak these evils in "social contracts", "law", "common good", or any other disguise. Aggression against your neighbor to impose your will upon them is always immoral for any reason whatsoever.

And just because you can band together with a "majority" of evil criminals in this "society" willing to abuse their neighbors does not make any of you "just". And letting "government" thugs with guns carry out your enslavement of your neighbors does not absolve you of your criminal and evil behavior...

No person, group, or government every has a right to initiate force upon any person, group, or government for any reason.

Only tyrants, thugs, and punks hiding behind government guns believe in using aggression to interact with their fellow man.

I have more respect for those who would actually try to physically rob me directly than those who have "representatives" of a thug government commit their crimes for them. That type of criminal is more human than those who support collectivism/statism enforced by government...

When the price is right, (cheap) China will buy it and take over, they need the oil.

So how does Venezuela come out of it's economic troubles?

Is US aid, aka the world savior, the only option?
I think Trump could buy the country right now. Lots of land!
Venezuela needs both a rise in oil prices and development of a civil society, with an honest government, and one that doesn't take moneys that are available to use stirring the pot in other countries. In short, nothing that's likely now.

Send Sean Penn and the other Hollywood intellectuals, who fawned over Chavez, down there and let them show how it's supposed to be done.

Watch. They'll say that because the GOP pushed for fracking, Venezuela and other countries (that is their plutocratic leaders) were impoverished by the resulting drop in the price of oil, and the earth was thereby destroyed.

Venezuela already owes China 50 billion it can't pay back, so they've been doing oil for loans deals. It's nice having all that oil, but Venezuela has pledged it all away.

Sometimes the loudest mouths speak for and/or actually convince the masses to move in an economic direction that will actually hurt themselves. i.e. An ill advised populist movement.

Not nearly as severe, but other examples, IMO of course, are the Brexit and the Trumpsters.
