I guess that thought process is what helps her think it's ok to kill a baby at it's most vulnerable stage when it needs it's mother the most.

And of course the idiot government enables her.

She got pregnant due to ignorance and solved the problem with abortion which is the ultimate ignorance there is.
Once again, it's all the woman's fault.

Your posts are exactly why we don't allow misogynists to make these kinds of decisions for women.

Too bad, so sad, but you do not get a say. And no matter how much you blather on here on C-D, you still will not get a say. And that's as it should be.

Human beings make dumb choices in regards to sex. It's not so much stupidity but rather that it leads to non rational thinking.

If I get drunk and drive and cause an accident, whose fault is it?

The admitting privileges requirement was always ridiculous. Good for SCOTUS.

If course anyone actually interested in facts would know there is NO 100% effective method of birth control other than abstinence which is a pipe dream of a method.

Actually, thinking people understand the difference between an embryo and a baby.

Nah, the ultimate ignorance is believing the government should be involved in a woman's personal decision.

If you're driving sober and someone runs into you whose fault is it?

Maybe we need some higher I.Q.'s on the court too. Then maybe they could consider the rights of the child.
It was tongue in cheek. I'm a male. I found myself in this situation at 23. I paid for the abortion after I asked if she carried to term is raise as a single dad. She said it was her body.

Males have no choice.

And we used a condom. She said she was on bc as well. I don't blame, it's just the reality of what happened.

So much time spent by these states trying to eliminate the symptom rather than addressing the cause, in fact many states have gone out of their way to close clinics that offer contraception and education. Rather self defeating since their focus should be the prevention of unwanted pregnancies and then abotrtions.

I don't see how the 3 dissenting justices could rationalize that this wasn't an undue burden.
Exactly right.

Access to legal abortion is the law of the land. It's not going to change any time soon. You're dreaming if you think that you can stop abortion by severely restricting or shutting down clinics. As history abundantly shows.

In an ideal world, abortions would be safe, legal, and rare. We've got the "safe" part down. SCOTUS continues to underpin the "legal" part. The "rare" part we're still working on, although abortion rates have been on a downward trend for some time, which is very encouraging.

Read chapter 6 of the book "Predictably Irrational". It will tell you a lot about animal biology.
