Also I think you get selected group from OFW's and the ones who go overseas, they tend be very motivated and like to work and start business so high quality, so maybe a lot of Chinese who go overseas tend to come from high achieving group. I think they call it like selecting bias. Same thing in Philippines for lot of our OFW's, the ones that venture out they tend to be very motivated and ambitious so see a lot of very good ones overseas.
