It's pretty clear that the left's attempts to deal with terrorism have failed miserably, both in the U.S. And Europe. Time for change.
Why don't we just say the truth, you mean pretty straight forward, that the left's attempts not to deal with this mess, has created terrorism to the level we are now seeing, and they seem to be branching out. They fail miserably on every single point.
They would like to see change but not if it means doing something themselves. That's the problem
No, the problem, if you read my post, is that there is no real unified voice for Islam. They do what they can - they are involved in the community, in interfaith groups, etc... But these peaceful folks don't get much press which leads folks like you to assume things that aren't true.
Because the very people you support Obama and Clinton due to your progressive liberal mindset are the the same mindset as most of Europe's leaders who are caught up in a obsession of political correctness and that government will do something.
When in fact government as it is now under that mindset ,can do little in real productive measures because they are part of the problem that is allowing this to grow. They are obsessed with first declaring that it isn't a muslim problem, that open borders and refugees should be allowed in even though they can't be processed with a real background check. Meanwhile said leaders call for stricter control of freedom for citizens.
So those leaders policies create the problem and enlarge the problem, while not being able to protect the people and on top call for stricter regulations to prevent citizens to protect themselves
Europe is awash in political correctness where media and views not in step with political correctness is squashed, it would be interesting to read comments by everyday French people unfiltered specially those 35 or 40 yrs and up who haven't been brainwashed as much by political correctness. I bet given real free speech they wouldn't be such islamic apologists that the media usually only lets filter through.
Is it any wonder that overall it was more aged people that voted to Brexit in Britain? Because they have a better memory of what was before.........
And btw every attack like this is another nail in the loss your girl's Clinton campaign. The more attacks, the more people are going to consider Trump.
You are drawing an awful lot of conclusions based on an attack in France, but this is nothing new. Any attack in Europe and US policy is perceived as a problem and Obama is to blame. Just once I would love to hear a coherent change to our current polices that would address terror threats other than banning Muslims, chanting political correctness and other trivial sematic arguments.
If what we are doing in the US isn't the answer what should be the plan.

The plan starts with removing liberals from positions of authority, starting with President. The adults will take it from there. Obama can go back to community organizing.

Political correctness is killing people everyday and this will only increase in time, Western Civilization will be destroyed by it unless Political Correctness is wiped out.

Just off the top, Holocaust, Holodomor, Rwanda, Cambodia and China come to mind.

Imagine if there were a 24/7 news cycle, Internet and social media to bear witness to ^ atrocities.
Look what the New World settlers and beyond did to Indians and native Hawaiians because we wanted their land.
