People will probably disagree with me but this is crime, not terrorism. Last thing we need is expanding the patriot act to include every scenario.

NBC News has identified the shooter as a 29 year old from Kansas City, Missouri named Gavin Long.

No other details as of yet.

Word out is that the shooter is associated with sovereign citizens groups.

Has not been confirmed as of yet by NBC. They do say though that the shooter killed was a 29 yo from KC and that there were reportedly a group of people from KC that were at a gym in Baton Rouge this morning, apparently including the shooter.

I went back 10 years. Couldn't find any criminal record in Missouri.

No, not confirmed by MSM sources, but all over everywhere. We'll see.
