This wouldn't be a problem in America because if the woman wants to swim with men all she needs to do is self identify as a man that day and WHAMO she is in the pool as well as the changing/shower room after.
If she was barred the following lawsuit would surely bankrupt the pool forcing them to close their doors to all.
I could also see Hillary (pre election) getting behind this poor woman who was discriminated against, even more so if she was a minority... BUT if the polls were swinging one way I could also see Hillary taking up the banning to get behind the muslims that demand it.

The day is coming when the American Left will have to choose between globalism and "cultural inclusiveness" and the rights of women and LGBTs. I can't wait to hear how they are going to spin it.
So much for freedom in europe. They are forced to have armed guards at the beach & their tourism industry went downhill because of assaults. France is cracking down on the mosques so there goes your so called religious freedom. If Hillary wins, she will still end up implementing Trump's policies, just like Europe has started doing now. So for conservatives its going to be a win-win situation. Even the most liberal countries in europe are forced to follow Trump's vision so doesn't matter if he gets elected here or not. Please remember that the election is about electing smart 'Ideas' & not the person. Sooner or later liberals will come to their senses, just like the Europeans. Forget about resolving LGBT or racism issues. Under Hillary's leadership, we will be wasting time, money & efforts, fighting for issues we already resolved, like women's rights, dress codes, gender segregation.

It's funny that a girl can claim she's a boy and use boy's facilities and same goes the other way.
It's freaking stupid.
It should be as simple as, you have a pole, you go to boys, you have a hole, you go to girls.
Now a boy can easily go to girls locker/restrooms and see naked girls just by claiming he's a girl in heart.

It is funny how things that Trump has said about what is happening in America was labelled racist and isolationist by the left but we are now seeing his warnings coming true in Europe. I guess the Don knew what he was talking about.
It certainly isn't a popular stance to bar certain types of people from society because deep down I think we all just want to get along but there are elements in these groups that flat out want us dead. It is hard to hug someone when they are stabbing us.
Hillary does have a habit of trumpeting on issues that are non issues just to get the mob excited.
Seriously if a Republican is elected does anyone think that they will take away a womans rights over her body or even gay marriage?
There has been much bending and curtailing to minority groups over the last several years and what do we have out of it? American History being destroyed as anything related to the Civil War has been removed in the South and we have men in the ladies room and vice versa.
It all comes down to intelligence or a lack of it. There has been a dumbing down of America going on for years now and look what we have. I'm sorry to say but many of the refugees out of the middle east are not that intelligent and they turn to crime in their new civilized homeland.
It is a major issue and it will only get worse until someone stands up and starts making the hard and unpopular decisions.
