What is comes down to; is the best person to protect yourself in any situation; is you. And Gun-free zone increase the chances that an aggressor with a weapon will be met with little to no resistance. In other-words a target rich environment.

The point still remains that their odds of one of their victims defending themselves is greatly reduced in gun free zones.

Odd how it is usually a place without an armed guard or cop isn't it. SD Unified now has a cop on every campus at least some part of the day.
