More liberal policies that just don't work. Or a certain segment of the population that for whatever reason cant control themselves. Probably a combination of both!!! I know that there are some that will blast my comment. However like it or not its 100% true!

If you want to argue that gun control on a micro level cant work, I would agree, but in general, you are 100% wrong because gun control hasnt been implemented on that level.
