It seems our government is interested in eliminating the peaceful Christian religion while replacing it with the violent islam.

The faces of the homeless are mostly invisible in this country. An experiment into this showed people dressed up as homeless people, and then they showed family members walking by them. Those walking by didn't recognize their own family members. Many of our veterans are homeless. In the "land of plenty" this is obscene. And we have the gall to call ourselves a Christian nation.
There are children going hungry here. Families who are working all they can to barely make ends meet, and the people at the top look down their noses at them as if they are trash. In the land of plenty" and a nation claiming to be a Christian one this is obscene.
In this country we kill those who have committed the worst crimes, taking away from them any hope of redemption, and condemning them to Hell, without giving them another chance to know God, and be saved. In a nation claiming to be a Christian one, this is obscene.
We send our men and women over seas and slap yellow ribbons on our cars and say how much we support the troops but when they come home disillusioned and completely broken, the knives come out and names like "traitor" are thrown around. We have tens of thousands of our veterans sick and dying from lack of care. For a country that claims to support our troops, and a nation that claims to be a Christian one, this is obscene.
In this country in certain states it's perfectly legal to fire, or refuse someone housing simply because they are gay or transgender. In this country, parents throw their LGBT children out of their homes, and into the streets. In a Christian nation this is obscene. Why? "love thy neighbor" That one is straight from the mouth of the Redeemer of Mankind. Before you come at me with "at least Christians don't throw them off buildings LOL", I will say this in absolute honesty: I'd rather have been boiled in oil than suffer the pain of being disowned by my family. You cannot possibly imagine how hard it is to live with that, and how much pain that causes.
In this country we have millions of undocumented immigrants, who are treated as second class. Many of whom have come just looking for a better life. Way to "love your neighbor", Christian America.
In this country when a young woman gets pregnant and is unprepared for this and seeks an abortion, instead of seeing that she didn't get pregnant in the first place through proper sex education and effective birth control methods, those on the Christian right would force her and the child into poverty. If she gets an abortion she's called things like "baby killer" "sinner: and "*****" In a Christian nation this is obscene.
This is
NOT a Christian nation.
Being a Christian isn't something you do on Sunday, or on certain holidays. You die to yourself every single day of your life on Earth, and you emulate the servant Christ to the absolute best of your ability every single day of your life on Earth or you don't bother at all. There are no weekend warriors in my Father's house.
