I am really going to miss her. I'd take her any day over Kelly. They are putting Hume (UGH!) temporarily in her time slot. It's a money dispute. If she shows up someplace else, I'll follow her there.

I like Greta and don't care for Kelly anymore too. Greta is kind of boring though. I'd like to see Tucker Carlson fill Greta's spot. Carlson would probably be my favorite.

I don't like Megyn Kelly, but there are some places I won't follow Van Susteren to.

According to the news release hubby read, she choose to leave, stating it just isn't the same at FOX as it was a few years ago. None of us will really know for sure, but I will miss her. I have to admit she can be boring and we do not watch her often, but we do like her. NO, we will not bend over backwards to follow her.

BTW, I am one who really likes Bret Hume.

We didn't like Greta's time slot as she deserves 9 pm instead of Megan...we usually switch channels as 9 pm or watch Netflix and turn back in at 10 for Hannity.

Megan showed her true colors which we don't like too much.

Isn't she going to Prison Planet?

Wow..FOX is losing a lot of its women pundits and commentators. I've rather lost my taste for Megyn Kelley as well. My favorite FOX lady is Dana Perino, actually, but I don't think they'd put her in Gretas slot. FOX appears to be in a state of flux. They seem very disorganized , of late.

I never liked Greta's work.

The only person keeping her there was Roger Ailes, now that he's gone,
Murdochs want to move on.

Hopefully they move on with more new talent in other time blocks also.

MSNBC has been speculating for many weeks that Ailes and Bannon intend to create an alt right cable news outlet and compete with Fox.

While it's possible Greta got out so she is free to join the alternative network down the road, she does not seem to fit the profile.

While everybody is saying what they think as to why she left..no one has bothered to link an article about it~~

Greta Van Susteren leaving Fox News - Sep. 6, 2016

As to myself~~ My first introduction to her was during the O.J. First trial. and very much respected her. That was along time ago..But after 14 years on Fox..her ability to interview and address many things over the years seemed very constrained..unlike her first few years. She failed to ask followup questions, and often never challenged answers for over a decade. I asked myself..why would she change?? It became clear..she was being contained by policy of the Network.. Me thinks she got the contractual OUT she needed..and took it! Don't blame her at all! What she does down the road will explain a lot to me on just what her true agenda really is
