I don't think there will be riots. This was a car-jacker that pulled a gun and SHOT at police officers. Nobody is stupid enough, violent enough or enough of a primitive savage to riot over some dude that tried to murder a police officer.
Lots of MS13s in my area (Northern Va./DC). They make the Crips and Bloods look like the Salvation Army.
The Hispanic gangs have the for er on the market in our urban areas as well. Black gangs, at least here in the North, are crammed into small pockets, while the Browns are all over the cities. And yes, they're pretty nasty. They'll jump you for making eye contact. Had a brush up against these clowns a few years back. I won't go to the city unarmed. They aren't just in certain. areas, they pop up anywhere you go, and they're looking for trouble.
The Crips and Bloods first landed up here in the 80s, but were very quickly displaced by the Hispanic gangs. LA Emme, a d MS13 pretty much run the drug trade . There has been very little Black gang activity. Very little Black/White friction as well. Its Brown against the World , pretty much. There hasn't been any unrest around here involving any of the BLM style, anti police/racial friction stuff. We don't want it, and riots etc wouldn't be tolerated. We have enough troubles with the cartel backed meth trade. Twixt the mule teams, slingers and tweakers, that's....more than enough to chew on.
