Didn't he suffer from a stroke several years ago? He perhaps lost some self control because this is not the first time he made controversial remarks.
Matter of fact, I have several friends asked me if my relatives hooked up during war since I am both German and Japanese. I don't mind that type of question. If people are curious, they are curious.
But in this situation, I will be okay if he made that remark after catching her in a lie, but he just said what he said without thinking, I am assuming there is something else going on. Maybe there is something wrong with him because he doesn't sound like a rude person.
