That permitted the new immigrants to assimilate. Immigrants (legal and illegal) are coming in so fast now that there is little time or space for assimilation. We will have masses of permanently unassimilated immigrants living in big city enclaves if things don't change.

Put refugees and legal immigration on the back burner. The disposistion of 11-12 illegal aliens needs to be a priority.
To increase from 1 to 10 is a 1000% increase. To move from 1,000,000 to 1,100,000 is a 10% increase.
While the 1000% is scary to hear, the real impact comes from the 100,000 in the bump that was "only" 10%. Use your head, look at the actual numbers, not percentages and then reach your own conclusions.
Why can't the rich nations of the Middle East take care of the refugees, the US has already done more than enough throughout the years.
It isn't about that, this is about jihad. Make no mistake, this occurred around 700 years ago, but back then, full on might based tactics were more successful. In this day and age, if they were simply to start attacking other nations, they would be easily pushed back.
So, this is a more subtle method of using the kafir against themselves by walking the line of public opinion as well as using political correctness as a means to turn the laws of the nations against the people. Look at what the result was in CA with the one terrorist attack where the neighbors didn't call the authorities because they were afraid of being branded as bigots and hateful to Muslims. This is being used against us.
Just like what happened in Libya after the regime change to a Muslim leadership where they started killing non-believers, so will this happen in all these other countries once they have obtained enough power. We are at war, but our own people aren't fighting back. They will eventually, but it will likely be after they are being subjugated in the streets by these invaders. At that point though, your options are limited on how you respond.

Problem is these people do not want liberty, they do not want freedom, they want Islamic law to dictate to the people.
If they do not respect liberty and freedom, if they do not respect the basis to which this country was founded, then they are not welcome, they are enemies of liberty and should be treated like any enemy. That is, we do not open our doors to our enemies, we do not give them advantage to harm us.
a conspiracy theorist might say that there is a coordinated effort to let illegals and refugees in so they can inbreed with the population and slowly but surely take over this once great country. fits right in with the globalist (Hillary) agenda.
