No, Obama (D) political appointee Comey is of the opinion she (D) shouldn't face charges. Non politically appointed agents think she should face charges like any other citizen would, like any non (D) presidential candidate would. Obama is apparently determined to end his tenure on a corrupt note

I would hope that everyone could agree that the FBI itself needs to be investigated in a non-partisan way to figure out what sort of monkey business is going on with this. It's the only way t put all this to rest whatever the truth is. I don't think anyone really trusts Comey and the FBI anymore.

The one good thing about this election season is that the FBI has been outed as partisan.
What needs to happen is the FBI needs to be broken up into component pieces. Some of it can be transferred to other federal investigative agencies. For the rest, the logical divisions should become their own agencies, operating independently of each other within clearly delineated portfolios. No agency should have that much significance. Just like our elections are kept clean because there are thousands of practically independent voting precincts, our federal investigative community can benefit from something similar.
The term criminal means one has been convicted of crime.
She's not even been charged with a crime. The FBI has been not the case for years now, but they've come up empty. Not for lack of trying, though.

No, for instance a murderer is still a murderer and a criminal even if the crime goes unsolved and with no conviction. To the justice system she's not convicted and innocent until proven guilty if ever charged, but that doesn't mean she's innocent and not a criminal. Crime is crime whether the criminal is caught or not.
So what you're saying is that Trump is a sexual offender, even though the accuser and six outcry witnesses only came forward after the statute of limitions expired.
I can't wait to see what the DOW does by closing tomorrow.
