Trump's cons are all about leaving others behind holding the bag. Investors, contractors, wives, students, you name it, he scoots free.

Republicans and Russians and Americans will be left holding the bag this time.

Republicans are already realizing how this is going to end and they're bailing left and right. Even Trey Gowdy has announced his retirement. They seem resigned to accepting their losses.

Putin, on the other hand, might not be so resigned. At the very least, Trump's Russian financial backers are likely to look askance at his money laundering opportunities.

That just leaves Americans.

Media must report on unprincipled Trump administration | Letters to the editor | stltoday.com

Its an editorial, but I thought this quote interesting:

"Is it acceptable that this president has told 2,610 lies and counting, and that his lying is incessant, compulsive and destroying the credibility of the United States of America?"

Acceptable to some.

Not so much to others.

I think anyone who has followed Trump's history of leadership spelled with an "I" knows the answer to that
Don Jr is in India today and giving a "foreign policy" speech while he is sniffing around for investment money
I guess he thinks there is a place for him to run in 2024

These people are so delusional that even Hitler comes second...

I just think more than anything their acceptance by the GOP shows that an entire party does not have the interests of America
The tax bill has pushed our grandchildren into a 3rd world debt-serving nation
Our next election will likely have state races and some on national level compromised since there apparently is still lot of gerrymandering and voter suppression going on not to mention the continued compromising of on-line media like Facebook and Twitter...

While I totally support the groundswell of young people holding politicians' feet to the fire re gun access laws, I wish they would self police a little about their own love fest w/social media

Don Jr. is in India giving a "foreign policy" speech?

What could he teach those in India about dealing with Russia?

Who knows?

Russia is the only nation that Don Jr. might have some information on.

So, now Trump’s new tagline lie is that Russian election meddling DID occur but it’s Obama’s fault?
