Army Corps of Engineers denies easement

Cannonball, N.D. (KFGO) - The Army Corps of Engineers has denied an easement for the Dakota Access Pipeline.

The corps, along with the Obama Administration, have rejected the permit. Therefore, construction will be stopped and the pipeline will not go under the Missouri River.
