He is stating the Truth and Facts. I know a lot of PC people can't handle it, but its the truth. You can spend 5 dollars a day and go to Mcdonalds or any fast food chain and feed yourself with complete garbage trash food. If you constantly do it, you most likely will become OBESE even though you are poor.

Food for poor people is also one of their primary sources of entertainment so yes they are going to buy the kind of junk you get at baseball games, amusement parks, the movies etc. because they don't get to go to those places a lot. A recent study showed how domestic violence drops around food stamp time. I really can't think of the words to call a billionaire who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth who has the gall to criticize the poor for any reason.

No, he is not stating the truth or facts.

Very unlikely that you will get obese if you just spend $5 per day at McDonalds. Food for $5 at McDonalds doesn't contain enough calories to get obese.

2 large Cokes: 560 kcal
1 Big Mac: 530 kcal
1 large Fries: 510 kcal
Total: 1,600 kcal and that cost already more than $5.

Not sure, but I guess you will need about 4,000 kcal every day to get obese.

McDonalds is surely not a cost-efficient method if you want to get obese, because:

For €5 you could buy:

- 4 frozen pizzas with about 3,200 calories.
- 12 bars of chocolate with about 6,700 calories.
- 9 loafs of butter toast bread with about 12,000 calories.

Other example:
- 3 loafs of butter toast bread: 3,990 kcal for €1.65
- 2 tubs of margarine: 7,200 kcal for €1.30
- 2 jars of choco-hazelnut spread: 5,030 kcal for €2.50

Total: 16,220 calories for €5.45. If you spread this amount of food over 4 days, that's 4,055 kcal per day. Enough for getting obese. And that for just €1.36 per day. After a few days you will be very sick

With a few exceptions of some African countries, even poor people in all countries around the world can easily afford to buy enough food to get obese.

And that is what Trump doesn't understand. He doesn't seem to know much about the world.

Yes, it's amazing that you have not traveled all over the world. I have. They are not fat.

This is a total lie. I've been to India, China and Africa. Poor people there are very skinny. They can't buy enough food to get fat.

That is a total lie. I've seen hundreds of thousands of poor people in India, China and Africa. They are skinny. They can't afford enough food to get fat.

Over 900 million people in China live on less than $5 per day. You can't get fat if your total income is $5 per day.

You don't know much about the world.

Actually, in many urban neighborhoods, there is not a store that sells anything resembling fruits and vegetables. But, there is a fast food place on every street corner, with high carb, high salt, processed foods that are cheap and quick.

You don't know much about the world.

Lol, the diet in countries like Japan, India, China or Indonesia is completely different. They eat far less fat and sugar like people in Europe or North America. Their diet is a lot healthier. But it has nothing to do with that they couldn't afford it. Or do you want claim that people in Japan or South Korea are also too poor to buy enough food to get obese?
