Nothing to do with jobs people will not do. And it may well involve discrimination by an employer though that may be impossible to prove. Likely a situation where the crews are mainly Spanish speaking and a non Spanish speaker is a problem for the crew.
And I would not at all doubt there is some discrimination involved. Though proving it may be impossible.
You likely would have to get a statistic proof...but those can be hard to sell in court..
I've been saying for years that it's minorities that are suffering the most from illegal immigration.
Why they keep voting democrats in and believing their BS, i don't understand.
Hopefully Trump will stick by his pledge to stop illegal immigration, and republicans in congress won't chicken out.
These black workers should take up their problems with the Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel who met with Trump today and reiterated his determination to remain a "Sanctuary City".
The mayor of their city wants the illegals in Chicago. If illegals are taking the majority of jobs from the black workers why do they sue? Why don't they protest march against illegals taking their jobs because Chicago is a Sanctuary City and complain loudly to their Democrat mayor about his stance on keeping illegals in Chicago?
Since Trump's election victory last month, Emanuel has made it a point to push back against the Republican, repeatedly insisting Chicago would remain a welcoming place for immigrants and remain a sanctuary city.
"I also spoke out strongly about what it means to be a sanctuary city who will support and secure the people who are here, like my grandfather who came to the city of Chicago as a 13-year-old 100 years ago," Emanuel told reporters Wednesday. "Chicago was a sanctuary city for my grandfather. His grandson today is the mayor of this city, which is a testament to the strength of the values and ideals of America."

From today's Chicago tribune, a group of African American men have filed a lawsuit against a staffing agency for discrimination. This, to me, disproves the argument that Mexicans are doing jobs others won't do, which many of us knew was b.s.
A snippet from the article:
If they have legal status concerns because they're illegals, then I'm all for prison time for the offenders still hiring them. Perhaps that will get the attention of these people thumbing their nose at the law.
It's the leftist argument of illegals doing jobs "Americans won't do"...
Absolute BULL****
Yes, "leftists" invented that line, the GOP had nothing to do with looking the other way at illegal immigration for say, 3 decades. Nope, it was all those Democrats.
Well, if you want to pick tomatoes in Immokalee, Florida's hot sun for pennies per bushel, be my guest. I would rather clean toilet bowls inside paid by the hours.
