Will you congratulate the man, maybe even apologize?
Or, will you somehow try to say the election "wasn't real" and continue your ****?
I have nothing to apologize for. I never said the election wasn't real, or that he didn't win so I have no idea who you are directing that nonsense at. Personally nothing he does will have much impact on me, I'm retired, financially secure, & healthy.
The day after the election I increased my monthly donation to the ACLU & I'm fortunate enough to live in California where I will be insulated from any nutty $hit that he tries to do, so basically I will just go on living my life as I always have.
Apologize for what??? I don't support him. I owe him no congratulations. He showed no respect for the president I have supported and made wild accusations for years. He won't receive my respect after that. He's on this "gloating tour" where he insults and mocks anyone that opposes him then talks about unity. Why does he do that? Insult and mock, that's fine, it's what everyone expects of him, but why even bother pretending with the unity bit after that, it makes no sense.
No one I know has said the election wasn't real, but no one I know supports him either. It's a very divided country and he lost the popular vote. A large portion of the country truly does not like him at all. I won't be doing anything after he's confirmed, I won't be watching the inauguration and I won't be apologizing when I have nothing to apologize for.

You mean the way people did for Obama?
Oh wait....
He is the president, no more no less. No one owes him an apology let alone congratulations.
It is possible to respect the office without respecting the man, as evidenced by the tone of posts here about the current president. Winning the electoral college while losing the popular vote isn't even original, it happens. Luckily, he is already breaking the promises of his most ludicrous campaign promises, so it will be a crappy four years but likely no worse than W.
Why do you think he deserves more than the current president got each time he won from the people who voted for the other guy?
I really don't care that the electors choose President elect Snowflake. As others have said, I owe him no respect nor will I support the Liar-in-Chief.
