How? You can't win a legal battle against a soon to be conservative Supreme Court. You can't win a physical battle, who are against guns and violence. You can't win in the national ballot box because the other states laugh at you.

How do you intend on stopping the federal government from doing anything? Especially something like border patrol and immigration, 2 things the federal government is specifically called out to handle in our constitution?

You sound like just who claim that slavery was a states rights issue. Alabama didn't have the right to own slaves just like California doesn't have the right to harbor and assist illegal aliens who are breaking federal immigration laws.

States rights!

California has the right to do what it wants. The long reach of the federal government should not interfere.

If that were so then why did Obama stop Arizona from enforcing our immigration laws?

That to was federal government overreach.

I see conservative saying small government and States rights are important. I just wish that there was some consistency on this. State rights are States rights no matter whether this is under liberal government or conservative government.

I would hope that Anyone who supports Arizona enforcing immigration laws would also support California blocking the feds. They're 2 different states with 2 different priorities.

This is different btw. The vast majority of Californians support amnesty and/or a path to legal status, we support that quite vociferously and make no apologies for it.

I dont think Donald Trump fully realizes that his attempts to fulfill that campaign promise will be thwarted by California.
You do mean the vast majority of illegals and politicians want this. I know better, legal citizens in California do not want this! One thing to consider children born here, but if you think people in California want full on amnesty for all, you're only kidding yourself.

She won the most votes "in the world"? Uh, no. She didn't even win the most votes in the country. 75% of the country did not vote for her. Just sayin'.

And I'm guessing that most Californians do NOT support amnesty. But you've made the claim, now show me the proof.
