Hypocrite and war monger. And now we know that the Nobel Committee is a joke.
-------------------
When he was first elected president, many observers, up to and including the Norwegian Nobel Committee, believed Barack Obama would represent a substantive departure from the foreign policy of his predecessor, George W. Bush. On the campaign trail, the then–senator from Illinois promised to bring the Iraq War to an end within 16 months. In reality, it ended in December 2011, as agreed upon in the status of forces agreement Bush made with Iraq in 2008, and only after Obama tried and failed to keep a 10,000-strong residual force there past the withdrawal date.

On the eve of Election Day 2016, there were about 5,000 U.S. soldiers in that country. Many were embedded with Iraqi troops or otherwise engaged in the military campaign to retake the city of Mosul from ISIS, a group that evolved out of Al Qaeda in Iraq—itself a product of and one of the primary combatants in the post-invasion phase of the war. The number of Americans in the country has crept upward since June 2014, when Obama sent troops there at the request of the Iraqi government. The deployment came just two and a half years after the withdrawal that was supposed to mark the conclusion of the war in Iraq.

Republicans criticized Obama for pulling the troops out too soon: remember that? Now they're going back and saying he's a "warmonger."

He's damned he does, damned he doesn't. The modern right has no ideological consistency.

He used US power to destabilize Libya, leading to the eventual killing of that countries president. He attempted to do the same in Syria, and provided arms to ISIS and Al-qaida affiliates. Claimed victory and peace in Iraq, now we are back. Kept us in Afghanistan after the objective was achieved. Used 100s of US cruise missiles which resulted in 100s of Innocents being killed. Traded a Deserter for Terrorists, that later went back to killing Americans and our Allies. Yep he deserves the Nobel peace prize

No, he's damned for what he did.

For honoring agreements put in place by his predecessor?

Obama didn't decide to destabilize the Middle East by invading Afghanistan and Iraq after a bunch of Saudis, a Lebanese, a UAE citizne, and an Egyptian carried out the 9/11 attacks.

What did he do exactly?

Obama is a warmonger, and a war criminal for what he, and Hillary did in Libya, and Syria, as well as all the innocent, noncombatants killed in his drone strikes.

Technically he got the peace prize before that happened.... But getting rid of Sadaam created a power vacuum in the region....
