Just in case you were thinking about buying a house with an FHA loan, you'll need to find an extra $500 a year to pay for it. One of Trump's first actions after being sworn in was to suspend a 1/4% cut in FHA insurance rates.

Trump already suspends Obama-era FHA mortgage insurance cut - MarketWatch

I guess that's how he plans on "draining the swamp"

Isn't that horrible for a first action?

Government run by billionaires for billionaires and the common man can go pound salt.

Any FOOL that thought he would be looking out for the little guy is about to find out just how mistaken they were.

They will have a hard time admitting it, of course.

Really nice watching the parade and seeing that the man who is our new president does NOT have politics in his past.

We have a non-politician as a president. That is a first for many.

Your logic is confusing. Are you saying that experience as an established politician would enhance Trumps presidency? Obviously you were exaggerating with ref to the doctors but what is you bottom line?

Never mind, got it. You were just being a die hard leftists. Such a great contribution to the conversation.

While Trump busies himself with Aqua Net, in a battle between Pence and Kushner, who wins?

A modicum of government experience might have helped, even if that had been gained by his working as a public sector employee but instead we got a guy who doesn't even seem to have read the constitution
