Having a college degree doesn't exempt one from being an idiot .

As Mark Twain said , Don't let schooling interfere with your education .

I would like to see what this all accomplishes other than a bunch of feminists patting each other on the back, feeling the illusion of power in their huge parrot crowds. How does it make you feel that each and every single Republican man and woman in congress has more political power than all these hundreds of thousands of disgruntled people combined? Suck it up, buttercups.

The appeal of all the sensible ladies who aren't involved in these protests just went up an additional few points.

Eh, can't relate. Given the fanatic heights The Fear and Rage has reached on the one side (and the Ecstasy and Awe has reached on the other side), you'd think we were feudal subjects whose every decision and action is controlled by this monarchy. People so willing to be led, so mired in the idea that the state has absolute power, that they think the world is ending now that Ruler B ascended to the throne instead of Ruler A.

I wish we could talk about some other more important aspect of life, but that's probably my fault for selecting this forum for browsing.

They want to deny poor women access to preventive tests that not only can save lives but save thousands of dollars in medical costs

Soon the new president and his republican swamp will deny people access to emergency rooms. People will literally die on the sidewalks. People with insurance will be like led out once they exceed their limited coverage. For republicans anyone who doesn't have a million dollars in the bank to cover for medical costs is disposable. They only want you to have insurance while you are healthy. Get sick and you will lose your coverage.
In states like Tennessee, for those that were uninsured (pre ACA), only women's issues were covered by the TNCare program and people married with children. If you were a single guy, or a married guy without kids, and got something like testicular cancer, TNCare would not cover it, yet it would cover women's issues like ovarian cancer.

TN is and has been a Republican controlled state.

Contraceptives? Men use those also, so it is not a woman only issue like you want to play it up to be.

That's what we are asking... so please supply some of the other things.
