Anyone implying that this kind of nasty behavior is indicative of "ooh, those terrible liberals!" or "look how rude those Republicans are!" is simply being a hypocritical partisan hack.
I agree there are jacka sses everywhere (but I would also contend the trait has become more prevalent with the internet, smartphones, and social media + Reddit / Tumblr, and I would also say we should all get used to it because it's only going to get worse forever), however:

I am the same political leanings as you, maybe not exactly but to the point i have become so creeped out about some anti-Trump peoples obsession with Trump and his family, i see photo shopped photos online trending which have Trump and Putin together shirtless and now i start to hear about people talking about a little kid date raping.
I don't really support or hate the man but the obsession is annoying, all they do is talk about him and its even become a sexual obsession on some levels... this is not even on the level of the obsession with Obama.
Different how? Just curious. I thought he was a cute kid. I didn't see anything different about him.
This is the third thread today on this subject, and if you read the others, you would know that most people, no matter what place they sit on the political spectrum, find picking on a ten-year-old boy distasteful and out of line.
I do not know how he is different people are just *TREATING* him as such and ridiculing him..

I commented on another thread about how tasteless it is to target under 18 family members for mockery, no matter whether they are famous media personalities of ordinary joes and janes as on this forum. Mocking Barron, Mocking the Obama sisters, or Chelsea Clinton when she was a teen (Rush Limbaugh). It's all disgusting. Some people are so consumed with hate for "that" person they'll attack their children. I'm far from a Trump supporter and I call for the SNL scrpitwriter to be fired (if not already, haven't paid attn to that story today).
This is not a "Liberal thing" or a "Conservative thing" there are idiots and jerks on both sides of the fence. It is absolutely off limits to attack families of politicians, but some people still do it........look at all the ugly comments about Obamas' wife and daughters. When you see comments like "Mooch", you have to consider the source.........there are low IQ people in both parties.
I say leave Melania, the kids, and everyone else but Donald alone. He is fair game, they are not.
Mm I question what Melania would see in him but I wouldn't attack her either. It wouldn't solve anything as she's not the one that said those things. She has her own reasons for being with him and it's not my place to find out nor would I want to. Besides in this case we're not even a jealous fangirl (I mention this because the behavior reminds me of that) We don't like Trump so why would we care if Melania is married to him? In fact maybe Melania being with him is a good thing. He might listen to her more than anyone else.
Although I find picking on the kids to be even worse. It's one thing to pick on Melania because she made the choice to marry him but the kids didn't have a choice in this so I wish people would stop picking on them because it's sad and the actions of a coward.
I think people think by picking on Trumps family you hit Trump where it really hurts so it'll change his ways but they don't realize that all they're doing is making him stand his ground more.

Liberals are full of hate and violence and see nothing wrong with attacking a 10 year old which displays their desperation as will as evil intent.

I don't just find it horrible. I've actually been there which is why I'm just as outraged as you.
