It's wildly unconstitutional. This judge is a patriot.

This isn't just a few people, it is happening at every airport with the US as a destination. Now who do you suppose should be in charge of making sure the policy of an executive order signed by the president is interpreted correctly.

Please stop minimalizing with "no one made an issue until now", that is complete nonsense.

They put an Iranian National in handcuffs for 17 hours then released him, this will make a great add for the Ayatollah.
I am not supporting anything. There was no blanket ban on specific to any country or religion. I am not supporting sending back green card holders, dual citizens and valid visa holders. It is a sad thing. It is a good that people are making a noise. My example is specific to sending visa holders but not green card holders. But I am aware of some incidents happened before where h1b visa holders are sent back.
H1B visa holders sent back at Port of Entry. AVOID travel to India / Home country. What can you do to make your Case stronger at port of entry ?

I think all Trump has to do is void all these country visas. The ones in transit are lucky they arrived with valid documents.

Trump is not the King.

He needs to be subject to the law.

You have it exactly backwards.

It's tyranny by the elected, and is exactly why we have a court system.

It's a big smack down of Trump. Hopefully the first of many.

The EO is in place. This deals with people in transit.
