I think his celebrity status is part of the reason he won and was able to win over enough people from the other side. I counted on him to beat Hillary and was right. The democrats are more likely to be impressed with people on TV and think people are smart because they act.

His celebrity status had nothing to do with his win. I've never watched Celeb. Apprentice in my life and am not likely to. It was what he said that got my vote, and Praise God, he's following through.

I knew, without question, there was not a single professional politician who would do a single thing to secure America. That goes from everything to vetting people from known terrorist countries to appointing Supreme Court judges. It all matters, and Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do.

What I find comical is how so many threatened to move away if Trump won. As if we are out here on the other side of the fences they have guarding their houses and we are thinking about them when we vote. As if we don't vote based on what is best for our own families and who will best help us if elected. Who in their right mind gives a damn if Cher moves to the moon? Do they really see themselves as that much of a priority a head of our daily lives? That is some really unrealistic self importance.

I have stopped watching popular news channels like cnn, fox. Also, no longer watching saturday night live or any award shows. Even entertainment websites like Buzzfeed are becoming intolerable. Cartoon network is my safe zone for now.

Very true- it's the media that encourages this nonsense.

I can't look at amazon or starbucks the same. Everybody in this country deserves security. They treat our military like crap.
Stop watching their movies, stop going to their live performances, stop watching their TV performances.

When you support their livelihood you are contributing to their extravagant living.

Stop buying their stuff.
