They are moving from the state. Since 1952 Arkansas has lost 1/3 of their EC votes. down from 9 to 6.

Arkansas Presidential Election Voting History

You know ridiculous laws like this are passed so they can generate more revenue for the legal system, right?

You're saying that women have a choice but men don't?

Who the hell is going to buy that very clearly sexist rhetoric?

Read the legislation. Sensationalism aside, it's not just about rape.

Again, I support choice, both the woman's and the man's, to eschew the responsibility of an unwanted child.

Condoms don't work morning after. That's what we are talking about if you follow the quotes, the availability of the morning after pill.

Although that does bring up a good point. Condoms are so easy to get (compared to women's birth control) there really is no excuse for a man not to use them.

Not any more than women take "personal responsibility" for their eggs.

Too many "deadbeat dads" disprove your ridiculous fantasy.
You cant answer the question as to what happens when a man changes his mind?
Not paying your child support has nothing to do with changing your mind about being a father.
