We all can't be a Mao or a Stalin.

But we should respect Trump, Obama, Bush, etc.

They did (in Trump's case will) the best they could in killing as many people as possible.

No, dear. Putin really has assassinated some of his own citizens. You don't remember that Russian man who left Russia and flew to Great Britain, I think it was. By the time he got there, he got really sick and was hospitalized and died. Turned out he had been poisoned with a rare poison...they found the prick where it had been put injected into him. He remembered that at the airport a man had bumped into him and pricked him with the end of his umbrella. Intelligence officers investigated and concluded he had been assassinated by Russia on Putin's orders.

There have been other instances.

Putin is a bad dude. Don't let his sweet bare chest and blue eyes sway you.

Russia's interests are anti-U.S. Russia is all about ending the U.S.'s supremacy in the world...permanently.

But his desire to entertain by stating the obvious isn't educational. Educated Americans have been reading history and those newfangled things called books...for decades...and understand our positives and negatives.

If Don the Con really cared about that - why the heck come up with "America First"? The proper response to "we're evil" as the Don puts it would be more humbling and believe in, for example, the UN and in international norms and in actual mathematics, economics and statistics.

I wonder if people understand the meaning of the word propaganda. It is quite enlightening to check out the definition carefully. It is not, as many might think, things which are not true.
"Propaganda is the spreading of information in support of a cause. It’s not so important whether the information is true or false or if the cause is just or not — it’s all propaganda."

Bannon knows this well - and that would be the exact reason of setting the stage for how BAD we have been - so he can do away with the sanctions on "good" Russia.

Even the conservatives I follow on Twitter are shocked by trump's comments. When is enough enough??

Trump, wittingly or not, is going to help Putin rebuild the USSR. Reagan will be rolling in his grave.

Trump is a job creator. Someone will have to make new maps.

Vladimir Kara-Murza, another prominent Putin critic, is sick in the hospital right now.
Vladimir Kara-Murza poisoned again, his lawyer believes - CNN.com

John McCain wrote this on his Facebook page yesterday:

Quote:
I am heartbroken by the news that Vladimir Kara-Murza, my dear friend and a true Russian patriot, has been hospitalized in Moscow after showing identical symptoms to those he experienced two years ago under suspicious circumstances. Vladimir has been a leading voice for freedom, human rights and the rule of law in Putin’s Russia. And he has continued to speak truth to power even when doing so has placed his life at grave risk. When our mutual friend Boris Nemtsov was murdered in the shadow of the Kremlin, Vladimir had the courage to return to Russia to advocate for reform. The United States must draw strength from Vladimir’s example and demand that those responsible are brought to justice. I am praying for Vladimir’s recovery and for the success of the cause to which he has dedicated his life: truth and justice for the Russian people.

Oh, no doubt. Once you have political discourse as polarized as ours, it's okay because it's "one of them". I expect Robert Reich may be one of the first targets.

Maybe his administration will start assassinating posters online that disagree with his point of view. Sure some folk will be fine with that also. Guess I'll have to watch how I word things.
