His order was too vague..too far reaching and directly affected Visa holder's who were destined to receive GREEN CARDS once cleared thru customs. Border security had absolutely NO briefing at all in order to conduct security checks. In fact some border Security took away Legal visa's many had spent years obtaining thru years of vetting..and NOW have to go back to the back of the line!
