The Iron Dome ( air defense system) became operational in 2011. By 2014, it had intercepted more than 1200 rockets. It's an almost every other day occurrence in Israel.

Because Obama spent $1T in US taxpayer money and a many many American lives to defeat the terrorists there. And it appears he absolutely failed at it.
