People sometimes question whether Trump is a Democrat or a Republican. He is neither. He is a Bannonite. One who believes in the total destruction of human society in 80 year cycles. Bannon is his prophet and he carries out the order to bring that about.
Very good description on Bannon. He believes in a weird philosophy and thinks that we are at the Fourth Turning. meaning choas and destruction, probably war. Probably wants it to come true so that he can be right. I'd take Pence over Bannon any day. No one would be better off under Bannon. I hope the good Republicans who are behind the scenes and must be LIVID at all this, will go after Bannon.

Democrats have no room to criticize after the last eight years of corruption.
Nice dodge but the point here is that Trump is the President and he definitely has a "Russian problem" it won't end here, there is too much out there for even a Republican congress to ignore.

The US expelled Russian diplomats the day of the calls. A possible reaction prior to Flynn's call to the Russian ambassador that same day might have been a tit-for-tat expulsion of American diplomats by the Russians. Trump later applauded the Russians for not responding in kind.

See the timeline.

Michael Flynn: A Timeline of His Rise and Fall and the Russia Call - NBC News

Flynn was just another neocon. He was more focused on Iran as an adversary, was very critical of the nuclear deal, and was working on a way to isolate Iran and Russia. Others in the IC are focused on Russia first.

Flynn is just the first domino thats going to fall. There's going to be more of Trump influencers being removed until the biggest domino . Bannon falls

I like how the trump lemmings always say "it's ridiculous to equate the trump administration with nazis!"

Yet bannon, trump's right hand man, is a neonazi.

The Trump admin is on top of it, trust me.

Love it how the libs here are hyping up the 'scandals'. There's really nothing to see here. Worse case if if Flynn lied to FBI agents, which can get him into trouble. Only if your last name is Clinton you can get away with that. The President himself is implicated in ZERO (0) scandals.

Keep it going, liberal media. You're only making the case for 4 more years of Trump stronger. Expect CA and NY the US loves you!

I find it very interesting in all this brouhaha over Flynn's activity in the campaign and after transition with Bannon being no where in the narrative... He is a Stealth plane...

I read part of the Bloomberg article about Flynn but I think it vastly overstates his capabilities as an intelligence leader in Obama's second term...and his pure motives to bring about change...
Flynn tenure was fraught with serious mistakes and several significant leaks like the contractor that was just brought in for stealing intelligence data....he did that under Flynn's tenure...
Flynn had some major personality problems in his job --why I have no idea but maybe he was compromised by Russian agents or something happened during his foreign service in Middle East to cause a severe animus toward Muslims...but Flynn -- if you happened to catch him during the Convention -- seriously had a screw loose...calling "lock her up" in some kind of Elmer Gantry moment and tweeting about the PizzaGate scandle/lie...just irrational...

I just don't know how much any of this is filtering down to Trump's base, the Republicans who voted Trump with their fingers crossed so to speak because they couldn't stomach HRC ---
The irony is that Trump and his minions are embroiled in a Russian conspiracy/coverup from the election hacking, Flynn's promise of revisiting the sanctions, Trump's aides in conversation with Russian intelligence people during the campaign, and the Russian oil sale (that hasn't been really investigated yet), and other problems that have not been discovered yet...and there is really no desire on the GOP side to find out what has happened and how far the President is involved...

I mentioned elsewhere that it's like bringing up Nixon and Watergate.

Some stuff is over and nearly forgotten.

The topics that are pertinent right now are:

Flynn

Russians

Trump

... get it? got it? good!
